All parcels will be sent with Royal Mail tracked 24 & 48 hour service.

We’re currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland due to new EU shipping policies.

Our workshop kits include all the materials needed to host the workshop yourself. Most of the equipment is supplied too. You may occasionally need to use your own equipment like scissors or pots for water to wash brushes.

We reserve the right to cancel any order after it has been placed and will notify you in such circumstances.
We currently only dispatch our craft kits within the UK.

If there are any issues with your workshop kit when it arrives, please contact us via email within 14 days of receipt of your delivery, to discuss your options. Email: workshops@hendoheaven.co.uk
Should you change your mind about your order, for whatever reason. please email us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return. Orders must be returned at your expense, within 14 days of contacting us. Please do not send your order back to us without contacting us first.
Returns after this time are not refundable.
Returned goods must be in the packaging they were sent in, unopened and all contents included.
When returning goods, please make sure they are well packed so that items are not damaged/go missing in the post. You will be required to pay for return postage and it is best to use a tracked service. Please keep your proof of postage as we will not be held responsible for items missing/damaged in the post.
Refunds will be processed to the original payee and payment card only, within 14 working days.
Bespoke or personalised orders are non-refundable.

Hen Do Heaven will not be liable or pay compensation or damages if our contractual obligations to you are affected by any event which we cannot, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. This includes but is not limited to; war, or threat of war, strikes, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical problems affecting transport or any similar events beyond our control.
